Buttocks circuit training:
Perform 3 to 5 laps of the following circuit, allowing 1 to 2 minutes for recovery at the end of each lap.
- Squat with elastic above the knees
- Glute bridge
- Donkey kick
- Side walk
- Squat with elastic above the knees
Beginner: 20'' work 40'' recovery and move on to the next exercise
Intermediate: 30'' work 30'' recovery etc.
Advanced: 40'' work 20'' recovery etc.
