What's the point of this glute band?
Compared with a traditional elastic band, this one has two advantages:
- No need to bend down to put it on. Practical for people with poor balance, or if you're using it for circuit training: it slips on much faster than a conventional elastic.
- The length of the elastic is adjustable, so it can be set to the amplitude required for each exercise. No need to buy a short and a long elastic, it does both!
How do I use the glute band?
- Open the buckle to pass the elastic around your legs.
- Close the buckle.
- Pull on the straps on either side of the elastic to adapt the length to your needs.
- You can start your series!

Glute-focused strength training:
- Side walk 3×12-20 repetitions/side
- Elastic knee squat 3×12-20 repetitions
- Donckey kick 3×12-20 repetitions/side
- Glute bridge 3×12-20 repetitions
Short recovery of 1 minute between each set. Gradually increase the number of repetitions up to the maximum. Then reduce the size of the band to increase difficulty.
