Develop your lower body with the coach's exercises

Perform 3 to 5 laps of the circuit below, with 1 to 2 minutes of recovery at the end of each lap:

- Beginners: 20'' of effort, 40'' of recovery
- Intermediates: 30'' of effort, 30'' of recovery
- Advanced: 40'' of effort, 20'' of recovery

After completing exercise 1, go straight on to the second after your recovery:

- Squat with elastic above the knees.
- Glute bridge. Glute bridge.
- Donkey kick.
- Side walk.
