Using a rubber band safely
Check the attachment point to prevent it from unhooking during exercise (if you're using it to assist you with pull-ups, for example).
Check the bands for wear (cuts or white areas) to prevent them from breaking during exercise.
Why choose a 25 kg rubber band?
Performing bodybuilding exercises with a 25 kg elastic is quite demanding. If you're new to bodybuilding, a lower resistance is more appropriate.
That said, if you're experienced and looking to challenge yourself, it's perfect!
If you want to take the weight off for pull-ups, for example, the 25 kg is recommended.

What accessories can I use the 25 kg elastic with?
Thanks to its resistance, the 25 kg rubber band can be used to take the weight off when performing pull-ups on a bar (ref: 8385106) or rack (ref: 8651534), for example, or to get started with an abdominal wheel (ref: 8660093). It's also useful for lightening up on the dips bar (ref: 8584544).
The greater the resistance of the elastic, the easier the exercise becomes.
How do I store and use my rubber band to extend its life?
Our elastics are not tested for chlorine resistance, so we do not recommend using them in swimming pools.
Do not store them outdoors, or in the sun, but rather in a place with a constant temperature.
Finally, to keep them in good condition for a long time, avoid hanging them on abrasive or sharp surfaces.
