WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF THE SWIMMING ELASTIC?
The Static Swim Elastic has been designed to compensate for pool closures or to take full advantage of our garden pools for training. In fact, swimming is still possible thanks to this swimming elastic, used for static training in pools of all sizes.
A static swimming session is just as effective as a traditional swimming workout, working on technique, strength and endurance at the same time.
THE BENEFITS OF STATIC SWIMMING
Static swimming is ideal for listening to your body and concentrating on your swimming technique.
Work on your bilateral breathing by concentrating on rotating your head to breathe on each side.
Improve your kick by concentrating on the movement of your hips and legs when swimming statically.
The static swimming rubber band can also be used for running in the water and is ideal for rehabilitation exercises.
THE PRODUCT: STATIC SWIMMING ELASTIC
The static swimming bungee is made up of 2 parts:
- an adjustable central part that attaches to a fixed support such as a pool ladder;
- an exchangeable part that you can attach to your waist or feet.
The bungee has an adjustment range of 1 meter, for a total length of 2 to 3 meters. It must always be attached to the edge of the pool with the hook. Before starting out, be sure to check that the fastener is properly closed.
PRECAUTIONS FOR USE
This product is intended for adult swimmers. Static bungee cords left alone in the pool can be a hazard to children.
