TECHNICAL INFORMATION

WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF THE DRY-SWIMMING ELASTIC?

The dry swim rubber band has been designed to compensate for closed pools or to perform arm movements out of the water before a training session.

A dry exercise session is also effective as a prelude to a traditional swimming workout, allowing you to work on technique, strength and endurance at the same time.

THE PRODUCT: STATIC SWIMMING ELASTIC

The dry-swimming bungee is made up of 3 parts:

- a part that attaches to a fixed support such as a trellis or a fixed support on the edge of the pool, or even wedged at the top of a closed door.
- an extendable central part.
- a part designed to hold your hands.

The bungee has an adjustment range of 1.50 meters, i.e. a total length ranging from 1.80 meters unstretched to 3.30 meters fully extended.

This product is intended for experienced swimmers.
This is a body-building product.
A warm-up is recommended before use.
Storage in a dry place is recommended.
