Why use a pull-up assistant?
This assistant helps you to work with bodyweight by taking some of the weight off your shoulders.
Its different levels of adjustment allow you to follow your progress by gradually reducing the assistant's resistance and therefore its assistance.
As you see yourself progressing, you stay motivated!
What are the strengths of this pull-up assistant?
Easy to put on:
- It adjusts once your feet are on the tray.
Adjustment:
- Your progress is visible thanks to the markings on the sides.
- Place one foot, adjust the resistance by adjusting the straps, then place your second foot.
- At its shortest, assistance is equivalent to a 45 kg rubber band, at its longest to a 5 kg one.
Comfort:
- No discomfort in the face or between the legs, as is often the case with body-building rubber bands, thanks to its two anchoring points.
Is a traction assistant right for me?
Getting started with pull-ups is difficult, and all our team members have been there. That's why they created this pull-up assistant for beginners who can't yet do pull-ups on their own.
It also helps experienced athletes: at the lowest setting, the assistant gives you the little push you need to get through the pull-ups you can't normally do.
It's a product for all athletes who want to progress!
How do I install the wizard?
Installing the pull-up assistant takes just a few minutes:
- Loop each end of the elastic band around the pull-up bar
- Attach the carabiners to the loops on the strap
All you have to do is put one foot through the elastic band to adjust its resistance. Grab the pull-up bar, put your second foot into the assistant and start your series.
The shorter the elastic, the more it helps you.

Always check that the product is securely fastened before climbing on it. Make sure, for example, that the snap hooks grip the strap securely.
To use this product, I need... a bar!

Our coach's advice on how to get started with pull-ups 1/2
Start with the following series:
- Pull-ups with as little help as possible from the elastic band 2×2
- Pull-ups with a little more help 2×5
- Pull-ups with a lot of help 2×8
Keep a repetition margin for each exercise.
From one session to the next, keep the same assists and increase by one repetition for each format :
2×3 2×6 2×9 etc.
Once this has been validated, go back to the initial format (2×2 2x4 2×6), reducing the assists until you succeed in doing unassisted pull-ups.
Our coach's advice on how to get started with pull-ups 2/2
To progress, complete the pull-ups with:
- One-armed rowing (lumberjack) 3×10/side (2 reps margin)
- Dumbbell curl in hammer grip 3×12 (1 rep margin)
