Perform 3 to 5 laps of the circuit below, with 1 to 2 minutes recovery at the end of each lap:

- Beginners: 20'' effort, 40'' recovery
- Intermediates: 30'' effort, 30'' recovery
- Advanced: 40'' effort, 20'' recovery

After completing exercise 1, go straight on to the second after your recovery:
