Why use a medium elastic band?
With a resistance of around 22 kg, this "medium" version of the elastic is ideal for "lower body" muscle strengthening, stretching or dynamic warm-up before a leg workout.

Develop your lower body with the coach's exercises
Perform 3 to 5 laps of the circuit below, with 1 to 2 minutes of recovery at the end of each lap:
- Beginners: 20'' effort, 40'' recovery
- Intermediates: 30'' effort, 30'' recovery
- Advanced: 40'' effort, 20'' recovery
After completing exercise 1, go directly to the second after your recovery:
- Squat with elastic above the knees.
