Why use this extender?
The use of elastic bands in bodybuilding allows you to develop strength, speed and power, while alleviating joint stress.
This extensor is evolutionary: you choose its resistance according to your level or the exercise.
If you're just starting out, the 5 elastic bands may be too difficult to pull for perfect movement execution.
Start with 1 or 2 bands, then gradually increase.
How do I add or remove elastic bands on the extensor?
To remove a rubber band:
- Take a handle
- Lift the black cover of the handle
- Take the rubber band in your hand and pull it out.
- Repeat the same operation with the other handle. Repeat the same operation with the other handle.
Adding a rubber band:
- Lift the cover
- Place the right-hand side of the rubber band in the slot
- Pull down to lock the ball that keeps the rubber band in place
- Same operation on the other side.

In response to your feedback, our design teams have made every effort to improve this extender. We've reworked the handle and the elastic attachment system for greater safety and comfort. The larger handle allows you to put your foot over it and practice in complete safety. It's curved to fit the shape of your forearms for biceps curls, for example.

Shoulder toning workout:
- Arm curls 3×12-20 repetitions
- Chin curls 3×12-20 repetitions
- One-arm standing press 3×12-20 repetitions/side
- Face pull 3×15-20 repetitions
Perform all exercises with short recovery times of between 45 seconds and 1 minute 30.
Increase by one repetition per week up to the maximum, then increase the resistance of the elastics.
This product is great for both warm-up and resistance training.
