TECHNICAL INFORMATION

Use of the climbing clamp

Place your shoe on your forefoot at an angle, and once your shoe ergos (metal holes) are opposite the binding pins (metal cones), apply pressure. The front binding is now clipped in place.
For ascent:
- Raise the front black plastic part all the way to the top to lock in your binding.
- Rotate the heel piece so that it doesn't clip into the back of the shoe.
- Rotate the ascent wedges to find your correct height.

Using the lowering clamp

Place your shoe on your forefoot at an angle, and once your shoe ergos (metal holes) are opposite the binding pins (metal cones), apply pressure. The front fastener is now clipped in place.
For descent:
- Leave the front black plastic part at the bottom, so that it can be released in the event of a fall.
- Rotate the heel piece so that the rear of the shoe is clipped in place.
- Clip in place with a sharp snap.

Fastener release standard

Please note that many touring ski bindings are not standardized.
The binding is released by a spring.
The standard is represented by a scale called DIN.
In theory, an 80 kg skier will adjust his binding to the scale indicated 8. In reality, he will have to take into account his level of skiing, his physical condition and the snow conditions.
We recommend that you have your bindings adjusted in-store.
