Why use this pilates roller?

How do I choose the right foam roller?
Both rollers are made from the same high-density foam and therefore offer the same guarantees of durability.
If you want to carry your roller in your bag to your Pilates class, the small format (38 cm in length and 13 cm in diameter) is ideal. The large format (90 cm in length and 15 cm in diameter), on the other hand, allows you to perform even more exercises and, thanks to its length, offers optimum comfort for your entire spine.
