Why use this pilates roller?
To vary and complement your Pilates exercises, there are many ways to use this roller. You can, for example, lie down on it and remain firmly in the middle of it, to give your deep muscles a greater workout. You can also use it as a support under your hands to intensify your sheathing. Finally, by placing your feet on it when raising your pelvis, you'll work your transverse muscle in instability.

If you want to carry your roller in your bag to your Pilates class, the small format (38 cm long and 13 cm in diameter) is ideal. The large format (90 cm in length and 15 cm in diameter), on the other hand, allows you to perform even more exercises and, thanks to its length, offers optimum comfort for your entire spine.
