TECHNICAL INFORMATION

WHICH WHEEL SKIS IS THIS BRAKE COMPATIBLE WITH?

This brake attaches to any model of SKATING ski wheels from INOVIK, on one of the 2 rear wheels. These are products 8529462 and 8529462.
It is not compatible with our classic ski wheels.

DO I NEED 1 OR 2 BRAKES WITH MY SKATING WHEELS?

We recommend using only one brake for better balance. If you mount 1 brake on each side, using both hands will not give you optimal balance.

IS IT ALSO SUITABLE FOR LEFT-HANDED USERS?

Absolutely!
The belly strap has 2 holes: 1 on the right for right-handers, and one on the left for left-handers.
If you want to change the direction of the brake (from right to left foot), you don't need to change the side of the cord. Simply change the direction of the belt so that the cord is on the brake side. .

CAN I USE MY BRAKE DOWNHILL?

Yes, as long as the gradient is reasonable.
To use the brake correctly, we recommend that you start braking FROM THE BEGINNING of the descent, to ensure gradual braking (when riding downhill, braking suddenly can cause you to fall...).
We also recommend that you DO NOT MOVE, maintaining a lunge position with your foot forward without the brake, to balance yourself on the descent.
