Gloves adapted to snowboarding thanks to integrated palm protection and designed to be worn easily with wrist protection under the gloves.

TECHNICAL INFORMATION

A DRASTIC PROTECTION STANDARD

These gloves have been designed and tested in an independent laboratory according to a protocol derived from standard EN 14120, for the palm protection part only.

WATERPROOF MEMBRANE

This snowboard glove incorporates a waterproof membrane consisting of a very thin polymer film placed between the lining and the part of the glove in contact with the outside. This membrane acts as a water barrier, making the product waterproof. In addition, the outer materials of the product benefit from a water-repellent treatment that limits water absorption. Only rubber gloves are waterproof. In extreme humidity conditions, a glove with a membrane will have limited water resistance.

WINDSTOPPER

All Wedze gloves and mittens are windproof. Did you know that wind makes you feel colder? With an outside temperature of 0°C and a wind speed of 20 km/h, the perceived temperature is -10°C. Windproof components help reduce the cooling effects of wind or the relative speed of sporting activity.

EASY TO PUT ON

Simply pull the wrist strap with the opposite hand, for fast, efficient donning. If you're wearing wrist protection, you can open the gusset to the maximum to facilitate entry of the protected hand.

ANTI-LOSS SECURITY

An elastic cord, positioned around the wrist, allows you to remove your gloves on the ski lifts without the risk of losing them.

WHAT IS GLOVE / MITTEN DEXTERITY?

This is the glove's ability to manipulate objects. The dexterity of each of our gloves was rated in field tests, on a scale of 1 to 5. When the glove's dexterity is 5, it can handle objects in the same way as a bare-handed glove.
To assess the dexterity of our gloves, we tested their ability to take off and put on ski masks, adjust ski boot hooks and open and close jacket zippers.
