TECHNICAL INFORMATION

GLOVE HEAT

All our gloves are laboratory-tested using a thermal hand. Minimum temperatures of use (recommended and limits) are based on a study carried out on a panel of 23 testers in a walking situation exposed to temperatures ranging from 5°C to -20°C and a 10 km/h wind.

GLOVE WATERPROOFING

The resistance of a fabric to water pressure is measured in mm water column (test based on ISO 811). The higher the pressure, the more waterproof the fabric.
Here are the waterproof values for the SPRINT glove: our glove is built with a membrane that withstands a pressure of 10,000 mm after 5 washes.

GLOVE DEXTERITY AND RESISTANCE

The preformed construction of the hand and fingers enables precise gripping of an ice axe or rope.
The palm is made of full-grain leather, and the seams have been placed in the areas least prone to rubbing for greater resistance and longer life.
The fingertip construction ensures excellent dexterity and grip. Pittards® leather reinforcements provide grip and strength.

EASE OF GLOVE USE

Elasticated wrist strap to keep gloves on when you want to take them off.
Adjustment of the cuff is quick, easy and can be done with one hand.
These gloves have buckles that allow them to be paired for easy storage.
