MATERIALS AND DESIGN
The glove is made primarily of neoprene. This keeps the hands warm even when the gloves are wet.
Duragrip (coated polyurethane) protects the palm from abrasion while providing excellent grip.
GLOVES ? MITTENS ? 2 FINGER CUTS ? WHAT TO CHOOSE?
Mittens are often used in summer to protect your hands while keeping your fingers agile, and without your hands getting too hot. Cut-off 2-finger gloves provide extra warmth in cooler weather, while retaining the dexterity of thumb and forefinger for navigation tasks.
TYPE OF PRACTICE
Neoprene gloves are ideal for light sailing, as they retain warmth even when the gloves are wet, while remaining comfortable. They are also ideal for cruising.
MAINTENANCE
Rinse with fresh water after sailing, to avoid unpleasant odors, and dry at room temperature.
CHOOSING THE RIGHT SIZE
As neoprene is a stretchy material, we advise you to choose gloves that fit snugly and close to the hand. If you choose gloves that are too large, the insulating function will not be assured, and you'll also lose comfort.
