Protection level
This impact-resistant mudguard protects the rider's torso and face from mud splashes.
To do this, place the blade as high as possible under the frame.
In wet conditions, you can never completely escape mud stains... A MTB mudguard placed on the fork is still more effective.
A mountain bike mudguard placed on the fork is more effective.
For utilitarian trips, if your bike frame and tire width allow it, opt for a mountain bike mudguard (with longer blades closer to the wheels).
Bike compatibility
This mudguard is suitable for ATVs without welded sheath stops under the frame.
Box contents
The mudguard blade comes with 2 length-adjustable Velcro straps.
Assembly
Take care to respect the direction of assembly (largest blade width downwards (BOTTOM).
If screws are already present on the underside of the frame (frame protection or sheath attachment), use them for assembly, without the straps.
The screws may be too short, in which case you'll need to buy longer ones: M5 L20 countersunk head. In this case, you'll need to buy longer ones: M5 L20 countersunk.
If there's an external battery on the frame, remove it before attaching the mudguard with its Velcro straps, then replace it on top.
