WHEN SHOULD I TAKE MY HYDROGEL?
To make up for your energy losses during exercise, we recommend taking 1 energy gel every 45 to 60 minutes. Unlike conventional gels, you don't need to drink water to assimilate the gel. Very practical if you don't have water to hand!
WHAT SHOULD I TAKE IN ADDITION TO MY GEL?
Nutritionists recommend between 60 and 90g of carbohydrates (=sugars) for every hour of exercise over 3 hours. This 62g gel contains 23g of carbohydrates, including 8.3g of simple sugars. We therefore advise you to consume 500ml of isotonic drink per hour, in addition to the gel. Don't have a drink-carrying solution? You can consume the gel on its own, at a rate of 2 to 3 per hour.
