Directions for use

Take 1 gel after 1 hour's exercise, every 45 minutes to 1 hour, or when feeling tired or having difficulty. Drink a few sips of water or isotonic beverages afterwards.

Concentrated sports carbohydrate gel with concentrated fruit juice and sodium. Raspberry-pomegranate flavor. Ingredients: Maltodextrin, water, fructose, concentrated fruit juice (15%) (apple, pomegranate, raspberry), sodium chloride, sodium citrate, natural flavourings, acidifier (citric acid).
