Directions for use
Take 1 gel after 1 hour's exercise, every 45 minutes to 1 hour, or when feeling tired or having difficulty. Drink a few sips of water or isotonic beverages afterwards.
In addition to physical activity, it's important to maintain a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Restrictions on use
Use up to 4 gels a day. (Be: consume 1 gel per day maximum).
