Why wear this knee brace?
The PREVENT 500 knee brace has a preventive role, designed to exert the compression necessary to maintain your joint and stimulate proprioception in sports (basketball, soccer, handball, tennis, badminton, running, trail running, gymnastics, judo).
What is proprioception?
Proprioception is the ability to perceive the position of different body parts in space. The better your proprioception, the better your balance, gestures and movements in sport. This helps prevent the risk of injury.
What size knee brace should I choose?
Measure your leg circumference, 8 cm above the center of the kneecap. Then match the measured value with the following size chart:
Size 0: 32 - 36 cm
Size 1: 36 - 39 cm
Size 2: 39 - 43 cm
Size 3: 43 - 47 cm
Size 4: 47 - 51 cm
