Measure your thigh circumference 8 cm above the knee (measure from the center of the kneecap):

2XS = 30-33 cm [suitable for children]
XS= 33-36 cm [suitable for children]
S = 36-39 cm

L= 43-47 cm
XL = 47-51cm
