This buoyancy aid has been designed for students and instructors practicing dinghy/catamaran sailing and windsurfing.

The compactness of this 50 Newtons vest gives you great freedom of movement. Its morphological shape adapts to all body sizes, guaranteeing maximum safety on the water.

TECHNICAL INFORMATION

CO-DESIGNED WITH SAILING CLUBS

It took 18 months to develop this buoyancy aid. We designed a 50 Newton vest for sailing clubs, taking into account the constraints of intensive use and creating a lightweight, compact and robust product. The Fédération Française de Voile (FFV) and 3 partner clubs lent us their expertise to design a product suitable for everyone, from beginners to sailors, not forgetting sailing instructors.

CONSTRUCTION

The vest's short cut and polyethylene foam panels mean it's lightweight enough for unrestricted practice. The plastic buckles (located on each side of the vest) have been designed to be replaceable if necessary.
The subcutaneous (absent from the black vest) will enable all instructors and supervisors to equip their sailing clubs.

VHF PASSING

On the left shoulder of the vest, we've integrated a loop for attaching the VHF. This is a useful option for sailing instructors and motorboat sailors.

TRAPEZE BELT AND HARNESS COMPATIBILITY

This buoyancy vest is compatible with all trapeze belts and windsurfing harnesses on the market. The hook loop prevents the vest from riding up unexpectedly.

MULTI-SPORT

A 50N vest is intended for use on dinghies, catamarans, stand-up paddleboards, windsurfers and canoes/kayaks. It can also be used for houseboat sailing up to 6 miles offshore, provided it is worn while sailing (division 240).
