Drastic protection standards
Regulation (EU) 2016/425 is a regulation applicable to body protectors. For this back protector, it notably features tests on shock absorption capacity with impact tests according to EN1621-2 level 1.
Choosing the right size is essential for good protection.
To help you choose the right size of protective vest for your child, here is a recommended size chart based on your child's stature (the chest circumference is given as a reference):
Size 6 = 115 to 124 cm (Chest 58-61 cm)
Size 8 = 124 to 133 cm (Chest 61-64.5 cm)
Size 10 = 133 to 142 cm (Chest 64.5-68.5 cm)
Size 12 = 142 to 151 cm (Chest 68.5-75.5 cm)
Size 14 = 152 to 162 cm (Chest 75.5-85.5 cm)
Back protection designed as a panoply.
The back protector is designed to be worn with the soon-to-be-available protective shorts, as well as with the rest of the outfit. It comes with a practical tie to attach the back protector to the loops of the shorts or pants, so that it doesn't ride up the back when the child moves.
Precautions for use
Remember not to leave your back protector in the car at night or in a cold environment before wearing it. This is because the protective component reacts to cold and hardens under prolonged conditions. The simple warmth of your body or a heated room is enough to return it to its supple state.

_ comfort: the back protector is completely forgotten, it follows the body's movements, and above all it doesn't ride up any more,
_ practicality: during the lunch break, if he takes off his jacket, he's also free of the back protector in just 1 gesture.
