Description of the weighted vest 6-10kg
Vest dimensions flat:
- Length: 47 cm
- Width: 32 cm
- Thickness: 9 cm
The weighted vest weighs 6 kg on its own. It is sold with 4 plates of 1 kg, allowing you to go up to 10 kg.
You can however add up to 14 kg by adding weights in the pockets (cast-iron, for example).
Why use a weighted vest for cross-training and weight training?
By adding extra weights to your (now easy) bodyweight exercises, you increase the difficulty and promote muscle development. With this weighted vest, you'll gain in strength, explosiveness and muscular endurance.
It's an essential accessory for improving your workouts!
Why choose this new weighted vest?
With this new weighted vest, you can add up to 14 kg (by adding cast-iron discs, for example), unlike the previous version which had a maximum limit of 10 kg.
Our design team has redesigned the shoulder straps for extra comfort during weighted exercises. The system has also been redesigned to adapt to all morphologies.
Finally, a Velcro zone has been added to personalize your weighted vest with patches from your box!
What exercises can I do with this weighted vest?
The weighted vest is practical because it can be used to perform complete exercises, such as:
- dips: to strengthen triceps, shoulders and pectorals.
- pull-ups: to build biceps and back muscles.
- muscle-ups
- squats on one or both legs.
- burpees: to develop your cardio.

What is the maximum weight supported by the vest?
Please note that this adjustable weighted vest can support up to 14kg.
For a comfortable Hero WOD
Are you aiming for a Murph with this weighted vest? We recommend the use of Training pads (ref: 8487863) or holeless potholders (ref: 8796825) to avoid minor hand injuries caused by pull-ups.
Our tips for maintaining your weighted vest
Between each session, you have two options:
- Let it air-dry and, if necessary, use an anti-odour spray.
- Hand-wash it using a damp cloth after removing all the weights.
However, this vest cannot be machine-washed.
