COMPONENT WATER REPELLENCY

Waterproofing is the ability of a fabric to stop rain from passing through.
Water repellency is the ability of a fabric to allow water to bead up and/or run off its surface. The product absorbs little or no moisture, dries faster and does not weigh down. Water repellency can have a positive dirt-repellent effect, particularly when riding in mud.
Water repellency is achieved by a treatment applied to the outer face of the fabric.
