Thermal test
European standard EN 12546-2 specifies the performance of coolers without cold accumulators. To obtain this standard, tests are carried out by an external laboratory. These tests involve placing water at 5°C in the cooler, which is itself placed in a 32°C environment. The aim is to measure the time it takes met for the water to warm up to a temperature of 15°C. In the case of this cooler, the measured time is 2h50 hours.
