Glutamine plays a role in protein anabolism and growth hormone secretion. It regulates cell hydration, aids recovery and helps reduce fatigue. Finally, it plays a role in immune protection.
When should you use Kyowa Quality® glutamine?
Mix 1 scoop (5 g) in 100-150 mL water, and consume during or after training. Glutamine can also be consumed before bedtime.
Glutamine can also be mixed with your protein powders, BCAAs, fruit juices and smoothies.
