TIPS FOR SEED PREPARATION
1/ Soak the seeds in a bucket, covering the tiger nuts completely with water (5cm above the seeds).
2/ Soak for 48 hours.
3/ Cook the tiger nuts for 60 minutes in the soaking water.
4/ Store the seeds in an airtight bucket with their cooking juices.
5/ Optional step: add sugar.
