TECHNICAL INFORMATION

TIPS FOR SEED PREPARATION

1/ Soak the seeds in a bucket, covering the corn entirely with water (5cm above the seeds).
2/ Soak for 48 hours (optional step: add sugar)
3/ Cook the corn for 45 minutes in the soaking water.
4/ Store the seeds in an airtight bucket with their cooking juices.
