How do I maintain my grip?
As your sessions progress, your grip will get dirty. The first and simplest tip is to check that your shoes are clean before you get on your board. If the soles of your shoes are dirty, you'll not only leave unsightly marks on your board, but you'll also reduce your grip. To clean your grip, you can use an old toothbrush to scrub away any stains, but don't scrub too hard, or you'll completely smooth out your grip!
How do I change my grip?
If your grip is too worn but your board is still in good condition, you can only change the grip. To remove the grip, use a hair dryer. The hot air will allow the grip to peel off easily. If there are still a few bits of grip left, you can use nail varnish remover and scrape them off. Then you can apply a new grip to your board.
