TECHNICAL INFORMATION

Description of Grip Pads

Available Grip Pad sizes:
- S/M (palm size range: 19.9 - 21.1 cm)
- L/XL (palm size range: 21.2 - 22.4 cm)

How to choose your size? Measure palm circumference: the tape measure should pass over the phalanges of the back of the hand, with the hand flat, not curved, and the fingers slightly apart.

Proven grip

Weight-lifters will find these Grip Pads indispensable. They guarantee slip-free power work and facilitate grip on the bar. Thanks to their grippy surface, they enable you to hold weights securely.

Why use Grip pads instead of gloves?

Grip Pads are the perfect alternative to bodybuilding gloves, offering a lightweight, breathable accessory. They guarantee greater comfort and improved breathing during your workouts, avoiding pressure points with the bar. Ideal for those who prefer to train without gloves.

What exercises should grip pads be used for?

These grips pads are mainly used in bodybuilding to avoid tensing with the bar and thus limit blisters. Here are a few exercises where the grip pad is needed:
- Strict pull-ups
- Biceps curl
- Back pull-ups

Limit dynamic movements

Caution: avoid using grip pads for dynamic movements such as kipping pull-ups, toes-to-bar and dynamic muscle-ups.

How do I care for my Grip Pads?

To maintain your grip pads, nothing could be simpler: run them through the machine regularly. The frequency will depend on the number of times they're used per week (for example, once every 3 weeks for use 2 to 3 times a week).
