Why use dumbbells in your workouts?
With a unique approach to the barbell, the hex dumbbell creates a beneficial imbalance that promotes muscle strengthening.
Perfect for intensifying cross-training movements such as push presses, front squats and cleans & jerks!
Why does the dumbbell have a rubber base and a hexagonal shape?
Based on your feedback, we've redesigned this dumbbell to have 6 sides: no more worries about rolling on the floor.
Its rubber coating offers maximum impact protection and reduces impact noise. The ergonomic handle, with its anti-slip zone and curved shape, ensures a better grip.
As an added bonus, this hard-wearing rubber protects both your dumbbells and your floor, for worry-free training.
Watch out for the dumbbell drop
We advise you to use this dumbbell with the rubber slab (ref: 8651539) for safe dropping.
How to store and care for dumbbell?
To store your dumbbell, we recommend keeping it indoors and dry, on a rubber mat (ref: 8651539), so as not to damage your floor. Alternatively, you can store it on a storage rack for bars and weights (ref: 8788246).
To maintain your dumbbell, clean it with a clean cloth.

Coach's advice
For each exercise, start with the minimum number of repetitions (be careful not to reach failure and leave 2 repetitions in reserve from your maximum), then increase by one repetition per week until you reach the maximum number of repetitions. Then increase the weight.
