Tips and tricks for setting up your hammock
The length of the whole assembly, webbing and rope, should be 2.5 times the distance between your two attachment points. This represents the maximum distance, 6 meters, that you can have between your two attachment points. The less tension in your hammock, the better. The hammock should "smile" at you when you look at it. When you're sitting in your hammock with your legs at 90°, you should be at a maximum height of 40 cm. For greater comfort, sit diagonally.
Storing your hammock
To look after your hammock, put it away when you're not using it. Also store its fastenings.
Dimensions for use with hammock stand
- A hammock stand offering a length of 3.3m (recommended minimum length) between the two hammock attachment points will be compatible, provided it can offer a height of 1.50m between the two attachment points.
