An elastic band at each end bends the cover, reducing wind resistance.
A Velcro fastener in the center holds the cover to the bike.
The shape of the cover makes it quick and easy to put on, even if your bike is equipped with a basket, mudguard and/or luggage rack. The only accessory not compatible with this cover is the baby seat, which must be removed before the cover is put on.
