If you don't have the information, simply use a tape measure to measure the circumference of your ball.
Size 1 measures 55cm (and you'll need a size 1 cover), size 2 measures 65cm, size 3 measures 75cm.

To install the balloon in its cover, follow these steps:
- Deflate your balloon and position it in the cover
- Install the inflation valve upwards
- Close the cover, leaving just enough room for the pump nozzle
- Inflate the balloon in the cover
- Close the cover completely and test inflation by sitting on the balloon.
What size gym ball house should I choose?
The size of your cover must match the size of your ball. Choosing the size of your gym ball is easy: if you're under 1.60 m tall and weigh less than 85 kg, choose size 1; if you're between 1.60 m and 1.80 m tall and weigh less than 85 kg, choose size 2; if you're over 1.70 m tall and weigh more than 85 kg, choose size 3.
