A RELAXING OIL, BUT HOW?

Thanks to the essential oils it contains!

Orange essential oil calms and promotes sleep.
Bergamot essential oil is relaxing and also promotes sleep, particularly in children (for children over 6 years of age, see contraindications).
Ylang-ylang essential oil is anti-fatigue. It can help combat panic attacks.

HOW TO USE RELAXING OIL

Relaxing oil can be used at any time of day. Just a few minutes are all it takes to relax. To enjoy the benefits of essential oils, apply to cleansed skin and massage the oil into all areas of the body (unless contraindicated).
