What's in the 50 kg kit?
- 2 solid bars of 2 kg length 35 cm and diameter 28 mm.
- 1 bar of 155 cm 7,8 kg (160 kg max load)
- 4 cast iron discs 5 kg,
- 8 cast iron discs 2 kg,
- 4 cast iron discs 0,5 kg
- The kit contains 3 pairs of stop discs.
Choosing records is all well and good, but records that last a lifetime are even better!
Cast-iron discs have a number of advantages over their plastic or vinyl competitors.
Thanks to its density, cast iron is more compact than vinyl. This means you can easily vary your exercises by loading or unloading your barbell or dumbbell.
Choosing our cast-iron weights means opting for efficiency and reliability in your training.
Why choose cast-iron weights rather than plastic or vinyl?
- They'll stand up to anything: temperature variations will have no impact on the material, whether it's hot or cold! What's more, cast iron resists shocks, falls and crushing (5 times more) than vinyl.
- Good grip for better handling: its textured surface ensures excellent adherence even with wet hands, unlike plastic, which is often slippery.
Practice safely with the 50kg kit
Always install the stop discs after the weights.
Maximum load:
- 160kg for the 155cm bar
- 60kg per dumbbell
- 15kg for the stop discs in hammer grip (vertical)
Practice with the 155cm bar in a cage equipped with safety devices or with the help of a spotter.

Cast iron is highly resistant, provided you protect it from humidity.
After your session, clean the bars and weights with a damp cloth.
Then store the various kit components in a dry place.
Humidity is the enemy of your kit, so never store it in a cellar or outdoors.
