What are the differences between our massage kits?

We offer 2 massage kits.
The first includes a smooth roller and a lightly structured ball.
The second includes a structured roller and ball (with foam pimples). This is the one you're discovering ;-)
The stick (or massage stick) is the same in both kits.
What makes the difference? Your sensations! It's up to you to choose your kit according to your preferences.

Which muscles to massage with the roller?

The massage roller is used on the floor. It is designed to massage the lower muscles: buttocks, thighs (fascia latta, hamstring and quadriceps) and calves. It's also ideal for the back. Its hard, structured foam provides a deep, intense massage. All thanks to your body weight!

Which muscles to massage with the ball?

The massage ball is perfectly suited to the arch of the foot, back, calves, buttocks and pectorals. It provides a deep, localized massage of muscles and trigger points. Depending on the area to be massaged, it can be used on the floor, against a wall or with the hand!

Which muscles should be massaged with a massage stick?

The massage stick is ideal for thighs and calves. Its texture enables deep self-massages. To vary intensity and depth, adjust the pressure applied during the massage.

How to massage after a sports session?

The massage accessory (roller, ball or stick) is used after sport and allows you to massage yourself.
For an effective massage, it should be used for at least 5 minutes per muscle group.
You can massage yourself right after your outing, in the evening or even the next day.
