What components are included in the elastic resistance kit?
The kit comprises:
- A door hanger that can be placed at the top, middle and bottom of the door
- A 15kg resistance elastic band
- 2 handles with snap hooks for hanging the training band
- A small door tag, to indicate that someone is hanging on the other side of the door
- A storage bag
The elastic band can be replaced by a training band with a maximum resistance of 45kg.

Use this kit safely
- Maximum elastic resistance: 45kg
- Always install the practice label on the other side of the door when practicing, to avoid accidents.
- Make sure there's a maximum of 2.5cm between the floor and the bottom of the door to be able to install the door hook at the bottom.
Our coach suggests a muscle-building session using this kit.
Muscle toning upper body session to be performed with this kit:
- Face pull 3×15-20 reps
- Lateral raise 3×12-20 reps/side
- One-armed pull (hanging at top) 3×12-15 reps/side
- One-armed pull, torso bent (hanging at bottom) 3×12-15 reps/side
- biceps 3×12-20 reps
Take 1 minute recovery between 2 sets
Increase the reps as you go along, and then increase the resistance of the elastic!
