How do you maintain and store your kit?
The kit's weight bar is made of steel, as are the weights (which are simply rubber-coated). They should therefore not be stored outdoors or in damp conditions. Remove the stop discs from the bar and dismantle it for storage. You can wipe the bar and weights clean with a damp cloth.
Our coach suggests a full body session to be performed with the 20kg kit.
