DESIGN
The punching ball has been designed to work the fists. A foam bulb and stable metal spring base ensure a responsive punch. The height (100-130 cm) can be easily adjusted by means of a knob on the central metal rod.
The punching ball is supplied with a pair of children's gloves, size: 4 OZ (5-10 years).

USE COUNCIL
Strike with boxing gloves: without protection, you risk injury (burns, hand trauma).
FILLING
You can fill the base with sand (25 Kg) or water (18 Litres).
If you fill the base with water, we recommend that you do not fill the base to 100% and, above all, do not jump over it.
