WHY A BELT?
> For easier installation, the RunLight 120 USB attaches to the belt instead of the harness.
> You can position the light at chest or pelvis level. If you're running with a bag, put it on your pelvis...
> When hooked up to your pelvis, the light beam hangs lower (at the center of gravity), so it oscillates much less from right to left.
> When hooked up to your pelvis, the light is more grazing, so you'll see the terrain better.
WITH or WITHOUT YOUR BELT?
You can also attach your lamp directly to the waistband of your shorts, tights or shorts... try it out!
LIGHTING MODES and AUTONOMIES
The RunLight 120 USB features 2 lighting modes:
> at its maximum output of 120 lumens, you'll have a runtime of 3.5 hours with no loss of power (constant current).
> on the second 50 lumen mode, runtime rises to over 8 hours.
AUTONOMY
Like all KIPRUN lamps, we have programmed a safety mode. At low battery level, the power automatically drops to 25 lumens, leaving you about an hour to find another lighting solution.
You will be warned by several flashes.
You can connect an additional battery via the micro USB socket.
LOAD LEVEL
When the lamp is switched on or recharged, a small coloured LED on the lens indicates the charge level:
GREEN: battery 100% charged
Flashing RED: battery needs recharging
BATTERY TYPE
1150mAh Lithium-ion battery, rechargeable via microUSB cable (included). Recharge time approx. 3.5 hours.
EBLOUISSEMENT
Caution: product may emit dangerous optical radiation. Do not look at the lamp during operation. It could be dangerous for your eyes.
LIFETIME
The RunLight 120 USB battery will retain its maximum efficiency for 500 charge/discharge cycles. To preserve this lifespan, do not leave the battery inactive for more than 6 months. During long periods of disuse, remember to fully discharge and recharge the battery.
