Our designers have developed these leggings for your regular hikes in snowy conditions. Made from very stretchy, warm and water-repellent fabric.

Component water repellency

A fabric's water repellency is its ability to let water slide off its surface without absorbing it. This means the fabric doesn't become waterlogged, and remains light, breathable and warm. Water repellency is achieved by a treatment applied to the outer face of the fabric. This treatment needs to be renewed over the life of the garment (we recommend every wash). Products for this purpose are available in our stores.

Will my leggings stand up to regular use over time?

To ensure the durability of our products, we carry out tests on the chosen components: resistance to rubbing and abrasion, colorfastness, resistance to repeated washing. All these tests are carried out on the component of your leggings.

How should I dress for snow hiking?

To dress properly in winter, whatever your activity, we recommend applying the 3-layer principle:
layer 1: technical undergarments allow moisture transfer to keep the skin dry.
layer 2: the second layer (fleece, sweater) provides warmth and moisture transfer.
layer 3: the jacket protects against external conditions: rain, snow, wind.
The whole garment must be breathable to wick away moisture.

How does my product warranty work?

This product is guaranteed for 2 years from the date of sale indicated on the sales receipt. The product covered by the warranty will be exchanged free of charge. The warranty covers defects in your product, excluding those resulting from normal wear and tear and those resulting from abnormal use.

STOCK TIPS

We recommend avoiding chemicals such as bleach, which can affect the thermal insulation of garments.

TESTS

We carry out 2 types of thermal test:
- a test of the trouser material.
- a test on a thermal dummy in a thermal chamber.
Here, we reproduce the temperature, wind (5km/h) and humidity conditions you'd encounter in the mountains when walking at 5km/h.
These tests validate our design choices, enabling us to adapt the thermal insulation where you need it most.
