How to juggle rings?

It's best to have learned how to juggle balls beforehand to understand the mechanics of 3-object juggling. Then simply adapt your throw and catch to the geometry of the ring.
Hold and throw the rings vertically. Your hands should encircle the edge of the juggling rings.
