How to juggle rings?

It's best to have learned how to juggle balls beforehand to understand the mechanics of 3-object juggling. Then simply adapt your throw and catch to the geometry of the ring.
Hold and throw the rings vertically. Your hands should wrap around the edges of the juggling rings.
