How to choose juggling balls
To practice juggling, the juggler must have balls adapted to his level, his hands and his musculature.
Bag balls are suitable for beginners and for training (indoors).
The diameter of the ball will depend on the size of the juggler's hand and the number of balls he wants to juggle with. And the weight will depend on how muscular the juggler is.

How do you juggle two balls?
Take a single ball, and send it from one hand to the other, keeping your hands as still as possible and always looking ahead.
Then take a second ball (you must hold one ball in each hand). Throw the first ball; when it reaches the top, throw the ball in the other hand; then catch both balls, one after the other, in the opposite hands to the ones you started with.
Now perform the same exercise, starting with the other hand.
How do you juggle three balls?
Take two balls in one hand and one ball in the opposite hand.
Initially, focus on the hand with the two balls.
Throw one of the two balls and when it reaches its highest point, throw the ball held in the opposite hand. You'll then need to retrieve both balls from the opposite hands.
When the second ball reaches its highest point, throw the third ball in turn. Now you know how to juggle 3 balls!
