How do I equip myself for sledding?
We advise the whole family to wear:
- A ski helmet to enjoy the pleasures of sledding in safety.
- A goggle: to protect the eyes from UV rays and to maintain good visibility when speeding.
- Gloves: to protect hands from cold and snow. Gloves: to protect hands from the cold and snow.
- A warm, waterproof wetsuit or ski suit.
- Warm, waterproof snow boots with good grip.
- A pair of gaiters to limit snow entering the lower legs.
