WHAT TYPE OF BRA GOES WITH MY SWIMSUIT?
INTEGRATED BRASSWEAR WITH EXTENSIBLE MESH: The integrated bra with cut-outs on the cup guarantees volume and positioning of the bust to prevent it from shifting during movement. Siliconized elastic under the bust ensures that the bra stays in place during exercise.
BACK FORM
THE CROSSED BACK: The set of crossed straps keeps the shoulder straps in place and guarantees clear shoulder blades. Chest support is reinforced with a crossed back.
WHY PRACTICE AQUAGYM OR AQUAFTINESS?
Once immersed in water, the body becomes lighter and all movements become easier, even though water creates greater resistance than air and requires muscles to work harder. Muscles work harder without even realizing it, and aqua aerobics therefore has the advantage of being a "non-traumatic" activity.
