Warm trail running in cold weather
Because the belly, chest and shoulders are the most exposed areas during our runs, our windproof component has been specially designed for these zones. Sheltered from draughts, you can concentrate on your stride, the scenery and your sensations.
Ideal for winter trails, you can run in temperatures between -5 and +15 degrees just by putting a second-skin layer (seamless long sleeves) underneath!
A long-sleeved T-shirt underneath is all you need to keep warm.
Cyrille, product manager Evadict Trail, gives us his advice on how to wear a softshell jersey properly: "Some people tend to pile on layers for fear of getting cold, and their trail runs quickly become unpleasant because they're too hot. With a softshell jersey, all you have to do is put a second-skin layer underneath for optimum comfort and to be at the right temperature all the time."
VENTILATION? You control it
With its long, two-way central zip, you can easily regulate air circulation. Need to protect your neck from the cold while getting some fresh air? Open the bottom zip, close the top and take on the slopes. Ventilation zones under the armpits, on the arms and on the back allow you to wick away perspiration and stay dry throughout your trail run.
A watch opening to keep out the cold
An opening on the left sleeve of the jacket lets you look at your watch without lifting the sleeve when it's cold.
A compact pocket for storing the jersey in your bag
The jersey has two main pockets. The first is on the chest for light items. The second is larger, for a hat or gloves. You can compact the jersey in the larger pocket to store it in your bag without it taking up too much space.
How to stay protected and dry with the 3-layer technique? Softshell Trail Jersey = Layer 2
It's important to adjust and choose your different layers according to the intensity of your activity, the terrain (uphill, flat, downhill) and/or the weather conditions. This will prevent you from getting wet.
Don't hesitate to modulate the layers during your activity and use the appropriate layering.
LAYER 1: BREATHING (transfers perspiration from the skin to the other layers)
LAYER 2 INSULATING (insulates from the cold and provides warmth)
LAYER 3 PROTECTIVE (wind/rain)
Choosing the right size
To keep you warm while maintaining freedom of movement, the cut of this swimsuit has been designed to fit snugly.
Prefer a looser fit for your sessions? Opt for the larger size. The drawstring guarantees support and protection against the wind.
